TBA Next Crop is a community for young people aged 36 and under who are passionate about breeding and the thoroughbred industry.
Created to connect the next generation of industry participants, Next Crop offers opportunities to network with peers, develop professional skills, and continue learning through exclusive events and educational experiences.
Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the thoroughbred industry—whether already working within it or looking to become involved. Next Crop provides a supportive environment to build meaningful connections and grow industry knowledge.
Built around three core pillars - Meet, Grow, Lead - Next Crop brings together like-minded young people to build strong professional networks, provides access to training, education, and personal development opportunities, and gives members a voice and pathway to shape the future of the thoroughbred industry.
TBA aims to establish Next Crop chapters in every state, which will feed into a national leadership committee, ensuring strong representation and future-focused leadership across the industry.
