Fast Track is TBA’s national 12-month traineeship program, designed to create a practical pathway into Australia’s thoroughbred breeding industry.
Open to participants from across Australia, the program combines full-time paid employment on leading stud farms with study towards a Certificate III in Horse Breeding through TAFE NSW and industry learning opportunities throughout the year.

Stud Start Program

This eight-week program offers a comprehensive introduction to the Thoroughbred Industry. The program consists of a two-week learning block followed by a six-week internship.
