 34. Horse Tax Seminar Comes To Sydney Easter

13/03/2003

Following on from the highly successful Magic Millions horse taxation seminar, Australia's leading breeders publication, "The Australian Bloodhorse Review", has arranged for Paul Carrazzo CPA to present his horse industry tax seminar in Sydney on Monday, 21 April 2003 - the day before the Easter sales commence.

The Magic Millions seminar was "fully booked" and well received by those who attended. For a first year, the response and feedback exceeded all expectations. However, Paul's office noted the strong NSW interest in that seminar and especially the frustration for those who could not get to the Gold Coast to attend. As NSW is Australia's "breeding capital", Bloodhorse Review had little hesitation in supporting a Sydney based seminar which should be of great benefit to not only its readers, but all serious industry investors. Members of the various Thoroughbred Breeders associations across Australia are also very much in this latter category.

The Easter sales attracts buyers and vendors from all over Australasia, thus the timing of the seminar should allow as many to attend as possible. Numbers will be limited to 60. The venue for the seminar is the Medina Executive at Coogee, the cost $110 (inc GST) per head.

The seminar will be the same format as that presented at Magic Millions. As Carrazzo points out "Why change a winning formula. I have used this format for seminars in SA and QLD and our feedback indicates that it is what the attendees want, especially the GST content. Of course, the seminar is always updated for law changes".

Carrazzo is especially grateful for the Bloodhorse Review support of the seminar. "Like Magic Millions, Bloodhorse Review see a real need to familiarise their readers and industry investors as to the relevant financial aspects of horse ownership. They share my opinion that it is the unique tax issues associated with horse breeding and ownership that industry players want to know most about.". For more information click here
