Magic Millions Wins 10 In Singapore & Selangor and horses sold at Magic Millions sales around Australia won 10 weekend races in Singapore & Selangor.


In Singapore on Friday night, 3 Magic Millions graduates recorded victories: Kim Tania, Lim’s Classic & Kronos. Filly Kim Tania (by shuttle sire King Of Kings & a $55,000 buy for Trevor Andrews at the 2001 MM January Yearling Sale) scored in a Class Five over 1400m; colt Lim’s Classic (by Dehere & a $21,000 weanling purchase for Perth bloodstock agent John Chalmers at the 2000 MM Winter Thoroughbred Sale on the Gold Coast) won a 1400m Open Benchmark with Grant Cooksley in the saddle; & in-form Kronos (by Zedrich & a $16,000 buy for Talaria Park at the 2000 MM Perth Yearling Sale) scored in a Class 2 over 1400m to takes his earnings over A$110,000 in his past 5 starts.


At Ipoh on Saturday afternoon, another 3 Magic Millions graduates saluted the judge: Rapid Move, Baby Emperor & Good Happiness. Rapid Move (by Regal Classic & a $34,000 buy for John Moloney at the 1999 MM Gold Coast Sale) won a Class Five over 1200m; Baby Emperor (by Desert Style & $32,000 purchase by Herman Brown at the MM Perth sale) won a Class 4 over 1400m & has earned prize-money at his past 5 starts; & Good Happiness (by Sea Road & a $20,000 buy for Carinya Park at the 1997 MM QRIS Sale) scored in a Class 5 over 1600m.


At Ipoh on Sunday, another 4 Magic Millions graduates were victorious: Winning Eagle (Serheed-Yasma), Key Choice (Key Business-Golden Choice), Labu Labu (Island Morn-Tropical Punch) & Inteck (Sarab-Kissing Booth). Winning Eagle (a $4,000 bargain buy for Adelaide trainer David Balfour at the 1999 MM Perth Yearling Sale) won over 1200m & has victories in 2 of his last 3 starts; Key Choice (an $18,000 yearling buy for Perth trainer Peter Giadresco) won the Two & Three-Year-Old weight-for-age event over 1400m; Labu Labu (an $11,000 purchase by Carinya Park) won the day’s feature race, the Kenilworth Cup over 1400m, for earnings of A$108,000 in his last 2 victories; & Inteck (a $9,000 MM Perth Yearling Sale purchase by Carinya Park) scored in a Class Three over 1400m.
