 11. Anabaa On His Way

25/8/2003

Widden Stud’s French shuttle stallion Anabaa will be flown to Australia this week.

A slight injury forced Anabaa to miss his scheduled flight to Australia last month but he left Haras du Quesnay in France on Sunday and will depart from Stanstead Airport in England.

Meanwhile Widden Stud will conduct its annual open day in aid of charity on Sunday August 31.

Gates will open to the public from 11am with a sausage sizzle to accompany a stallion parade and opportunity to view the famous property.

The public will be asked to make a gold coin donation in aid of the Sandy Hollow School and Widden Valley Bushfire Brigade.

The stallion parade scheduled for 11.30am and will feature champion sprinter Agnes World, Belong To Me, Helissio and Snowland.
