The sale of the high profile Darling Downs thoroughbred stud, Glen Avon Lodge will not proceed, following discussion with the proposed purchaser, it was agreed for the sale to be called off. 

Studmaster and owner of Glen Avon Lodge, Mr Fred Brown recently dispersed the entire stock of Glen Avon Lodge, in a very successful dispersal sale conducted by Magic Millions Sales Pty Limited on Sunday the 21st July, in the belief that the sale of the property was to go ahead. 

The stud will now continue into the 2002 Breeding Season under the direction of, Mr Fred Brown, and will be standing the stallions ADMIRALTY (USA), KNOWLEDGE, SEA ROAD and DEFECTING DANCER.
