A large crowd was in attendance for the dispersal sale of Fred Brown’s Glen Avon Lodge on the Darling Downs in Queensland on Sunday 21st July 2002. Conducted by the Magic Millions Sales Company the 174 lots for unreserved sale grossed $840,000 at an average $4,828. Heinrich Bloodstock paid the top price of $85,000 for the Double Century mare Reviewed the dam of stakes-winner Sir Breakfast. |
