From a total of 229 runners, Tony has 33 wins, seven wins clear of David Hayes. John Size has moved to 7th position with 20 winners, 15 seconds, 19 thirds, 11 fourths and 11 fifths from only 104 runners.
D Whyte is still in the top position of the Jockey’s Ranking with 39 wins, 39 seconds, 31 thirds, 36 fourths and 25 fifths from 291 rides. Shane Dye has slipped to fourth position with 28 wins, 27 seconds, 25 thirds, 24 fourths and 17 fifths from 262 rides. Dwayne Dunn is in 6th place with 20 winners and Steven King is in 9th position with 15 winners.
One of the best sons of Woodman, the multiple Group/Grade 1 winner Ciro, will stand at Yushun Stallion Station in Japan. Ciro is a ¾ brother to Boshra Sham and Hector Protector, two of Woodman’s very best performers. Ciro won the Grand Criterium(G1), the Prix Lupin (G1), the Secretariat Stakes(G1) and the Lawrence Realization Stakes (G3). He also placed third to Sinndar in the 2000 Irish Derby (G1).
