Arguably the most successful owners and breeders incentive anywhere in the world, the Super VOBIS scheme came to fore again last Saturday. Following the win of Lady Mulroy in the VRC Super VOBIS Hcp, connections not only picked up $32,000 for winning but a further $21,000 for being Super VOBIS qualified.
Connections are no doubt delighted and pleased that their horse is Super VOBIS qualified, highlighting the additional value of buying a horse that is eligible for the scheme. Super VOBIS is the Victorian Owners and Breeders Incentive Scheme, designed specifically to stimulate investment in Victorian thoroughbred racing.
