The third Magic Millions Victorian Weanling Sale will take place at the Independent Stallion Station, Toolern Vale, Victoria on Friday the 26th April 2002. At a time when the 'pinhooking' market continues to prosper this sale of 67 weanlings is sure to command plenty of attention. 

Weanlings by some of Australia's most sought after sires grace the catalogue. Sires include Danehill Dancer, sire of outstanding performer CHOISIR, recently placed in both the 2002 STC Golden Slipper Stakes and the AJC Sires Produce. Rubiton, the sire of Innovation Girl and Rubitano, is represented by two fillies, and the Champion mare Sunline's Sire Desert Sun has a magnificently pedigreed colt on offer.

Stand outs include the half-brother to WESTERN OUTLAW (8 wins 2000/01 inc. VRC Bagot H L) , a half-sister to MIAMORE (3 wins inc. VATC Mercedes Benz Blue Diamond Prelude Gr.3), and a half-brother to stakes-placed Tapalinga (2d SAJC Swettenham Stud S Gr.2). 
Other prominent stallions with progeny listed include Brief Truce, Umatilla, Jugah, Lacryma Cristi, and Citidancer. Young Sires such as Northern Drake, Johan Cruyff and Zabeel's son Portland Pirate are also likely to receive plenty of attention from buyers.

Amongst the dams of weanlings are the Stakes Winners ASIAN ROYALE (WATC Belmont Oaks L) and REST ASSURE (WATC Sheila Gwynne S L) as well as the Stakes-placed Karpat (3d SAJC Balcrest S L), Iceni Lady (2d TRC Fosters Classic S L), Langtry's Image (3d TRC HW Strutt S L) and Yulan (3d CUB Carlton Tasmanian Oaks L).
