 24. More sales this week - Sydney and Tamworth

08/04/2002

Two sales to be held in the next four days are the William Inglis & Son annual Easter mixed sale at their Newmarket Stables, Randwick on Friday and the Magic Millions Tamworth Yearling Sale at the Tamworth Showgrounds on Sunday.

For breeders, an attraction to the Sydney sale is the dispersal of mares belonging to Computer Source Australia. They include daughters of Caerleon, Rancher, Star Way, Imperial Prince, Zoffany, Gold and Ivory and Rory's Jester.

Also selling as a dispersal at the sale is Kingmaker Farm, Scone. They are offering thirteen lots including yearlings and older horses by the good sire Bite the Bullet. Two of the Bite the Bullets are the Sydney winner and stakes placed Summa Cum Laude and his yearling brother.

Yearlings available at Tamworth include progeny of Switch In Time, Sir Laurence, Sri Pekan, Skilful Star, Nediym, Canadian Silver, Danehill Dancer, Honour and Glory, Beautiful Crown, Sequalo, Sedaka, Bureaucacy, Nothin' Leica Dane, Rubiton and Vettori.
